Nice summary of current challenges in #metabolomics - but I begin to notice a pattern. This slide could be from 20 years ago. The challenges haven’t changed. Very much appreciate the focus on the importance of the biological question.
Come check out @ShimadzuAusNZ Metabolomics Solutions. The Metabolomics Seminar will be held at @Bio21Institute on Wednesday 22nd November. There will be presentations on Imaging Mass Spec and GC-MS from @MetabolomicsAus team members. #metabolomics #shimadzu

We were very proud to contribute to this paper that lays the groundwork for some amazing spatial imaging analysis of brain tumours. Congratulations to the team led by @SaskiaFreytag and @sarah_ann_best
In our study published in @MetabolitesMDPI we compare MALDI-TOF to LC-MS and RNA-seq to find the best performing matrix. Recrystallised CHCA in positive polarity was most consistent in identifying altered metabolic activity in tumour and normal tissue. mdpi.com/2218-1989/13/1…
