We’ve been referring to it as “The American” for years. Good to see it through formally, though, I guess. The mascot is the story here.
The American Conference has released its modernized brand, dropping the "AAC" and "American Athletic Conference" names, and will go by just "American Conference," and "American" going forward. There's also a new conference brand ambassador, named Soar, plus more.
