The Government has announced that it will ban the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in cases of harassment and discrimination by amending the Employment Rights Bill. We called for this in our Report on Misogyny in Music and in the follow up Report last month 👇

Today, the Government has announced it will amend the Employment Rights Bill to expand rights to bereavement leave for parents who experience a pre-24 week pregnancy loss. This change comes after the Government accepted one of our key recommendations in our report 👇

Today the Government has announced a review of the parental leave system. We published a report on paternity and shared parental leave. We found that the current system is broken, and have a number of recommendations to help fix it ⬇️
I know how hard it is for new parents juggling childcare and work. Right now, one in three dads don’t take paternity leave because they can’t afford it — that's just not fair. My government is launching a full review of our parental leave system to deliver for working parents.
