Precise Washington Commanders info & analysis.
In the majority of these throwback uniform promotions that team has been putting out on socials; there’s been more emphasis on the old logo than the current one that’s actually on the helmet. Some of them seem strategic in keeping the “W” out of frame. Just an observation.
For a team that gave Kinlaw 30 mil in guarantees, employs the oldest roster in football, has an elite QB on a rookie deal, and just signed 36 y/o Von Miller in July; I don’t think they intend to go into the season with Deebo and Noah Brown as the top 2 WR’s. They’ll get it done.
It’s fair to be over and annoyed with the name conversation. But wondering or putting on the performance of being oblivious as to why so many fans hate the current name (and miss the old one) is silly.
I think the team forgetting to include McLaurin in the wedding post is an honest mistake. However, it builds on my exact point that while business is business, they’ve failed the PR aspect miserably, leading to this exact scenario.
Thought a Von Miller signing would happen during camp. Cool to get it done early. Shows he’ll likely attend camp. Many in his situation don’t want to.
The first big money contract extension of the Harris/Peters era and one of the most beloved DC athletes of many fans entire lives is on a radio interview asking for the team to just be straight up with him following the best season of his career. It’s a bad look.
Business is business and we don’t know what’s been asked for or negotiated behind closed doors. But it’s very upsetting that the team has allowed it to get to this point. This was supposed to be the easy one.
"If they don't feel I'm part of their future, that's fine, just tell me that. I'm an adult and can handle hard truths." -Terry McLaurin
Let’s break this down and explain why: The top 5 oldest teams are Washington, Pittsburgh, San Fran, Atlanta, and Houston. Washington, Houston, and San Fran all are coming off of season(s) where they had good QB’s on rookie deals and were able to sign/trade for older and…
The #Commanders are the oldest team in the NFL by average age 😳 Via @NFL #RaiseHail
We are going to look back the current Commanders uniforms and say “I can’t believe that actually happened.”
Commanders current away uniforms and their new 'Super Bowl Era' throwbacks 👀
I have no critiques to anything related to the new uniform. The design is simple, perfect, exactly what we wanted. Can’t wait to purchase multiple.

Weaving past and present We’re adding back the Super Bowl Era threads to our uniform rotation
As it relates to Terry, it’s not that I’m worried (because I do believe it’ll get done). I’m annoyed with the fact that they’re coming off the best season in a generation and instead of riding that triumph into 2025 we’re stuck wondering if their best player will be a part of it.
Have to think it’s something resembling the old visuals. Maybe not the exact Redskins logo but at least the R or spear or something that we can all connect with.
The Commanders will reveal a new alternate helmet and a new alternate jersey on July 9, per @sportslogosnet.
NBA season is too long. Seeing a lot of these injuries from guys with deep playoff runs. October - June is crazy.
Hasn’t been the healthiest Mini-Camp for the wideouts.
#Commanders WRs Michael Gallup & Jaylin Lane initially working a bit outside off to the side, then went inside the facility.
The team, fans, franchise, and everyone involved with the Commanders are in as good of a place as we’ll ever be. It would be pretty unfortunate to throw everything off and make an issue out of something as easy as a McLaurin extension. Keep the energy and pay him.
