I believe most ACL tears aren鈥檛 caused by contact鈥攖hey鈥檙e self-inflicted. I learned this the hard way from tearing my ACL playing soccer 25 years ago. While we can't know for certain, here鈥檚 what I鈥檇 do differently if I could go back and prevent that injury: 馃У
