Michael A. Taylor played in 2 of the 3 games this series. He went 3-8(.375) with a 2B and 3 RBI. In those same 2 games Cruz, Reynolds, Suwinski, Pham, and Canario went a combined 3-22(.136) with 2 RBI.
Hot take: The Mets should not retire Jacob DeGrom’s number. Never brought a World Series, left the first chance he got, less than a decade as a Met. Was an amazing player but didn’t do enough to warrant a jersey retirement.

The White Sox are one of 3 teams in all of MLB that are worse than the Pirates record wise. The White Sox have outscored the Pirates 20-5 in two games. I just don’t know how people thought the Pirates would be good. At all.
How I see it ending right now: 1) Hurricanes 2) Capitals 3) Devils 4) Rangers 5) Islanders 6) Blue Jackets 7) Flyers 8) Penguins But if the Devils don’t make moves until the season starts, a surprise team could swoop in that spot.
