Surg Lt (D) India John and Grayswood Orlando represented the UKAF equestrian team at the British Dressage Pet Plan Area Festival. They came 2nd in the Advanced Medium class, and 4th in the Prix St George class, leading to direct qualification to the National Champs! #NAVYfit

Congratulations to Surgeon Commander Matthew Osborne, Leading Logistician David La Croix and Chief Petty Officer Elizabeth Howard who are (or have very recently been) part of the HMS Queen Elizabeth team and whose service was recognised in His Majesty's Birthday Honours.
A tree was planted in an emotional ceremony at the Institute of Naval Medicine supported by Doctors in Distress, as part of their Memorial Tree Campaign to commemorate healthcare workers who have died by suicide and as a reminder of the importance of health and well-being.
Great to spend time with our brilliant @RoyalNavy and wider @DMS_MilMed clinicians and @RMBandService onboard @RFAArgus as we reorientate the Role 3 Hospital Team to the platform, so much enthusiasm, teamwork and learning, Thank you as always to the RFA for your hospitality.

Yesterday the Institute of Naval Medicine hosted MPs through the Parliamentary Engagement Scheme. During the visit they were able to gain an understanding of essential occupational medical, environmental safety and scientific operational support delivered to Navy & Defence.
