Oh, there are. There are also diplomat’s pets that were left with them. American citizen’s pets. She has some soldier’s pets as well. And other rescues. She has over 200 dogs and 50+ of those are military working dogs. Before the evac started she only had about 30 dogs.

I was out my mum & sister for lunch today when Sunday Times called about Peter Quinton phone message leak by time pub garden heard my angry response to reporter people were coming up to me offering buy us all drinks as they love Pen Farthing he is national Hero #OperationArk

The only ridiculous unpleasant man in this saga is Ben Wallace his desperate attempts to undermine the reputation of a national hero to cover his own inadequacies won’t wash with anyone #OperationArk

As I observe some of the criticism toward @PenFarthing of @Nowzad as he airlifts rescued dogs from Kabul, I think of how a small army of officers smuggled Rags to the US aboard a hospital ship in late 1918, and I recognize the same courage and compassion.

Commentators criticising @PenFarthing have forgotten charity @Nowzad formed to look after Companion dogs left behind when their military friends were sent home. These animals gave huge love and support to lonely troops far from home, in awful conditions. @Nowzad grew from that
