That's nice. At 16 I spent the year: living on my own & then while doing 9 GCSEs: caring for my younger sister while my mum was sectioned in a psychiatric hospital & my dad was in a hospice dying. After that (still 16) got my 1st job paying tax & going to college. Solidarity bae.
My wee man was at #TheOpen yesterday with his dad, uncle & cousins. I asked him if he got a wee bit bored at any point (because he's 6 & he was there +12 hours) and he looked at me like I had ten heads and said "Why would I be bored?" - Sports mad & totally inspired!
