In the 12 months to May 2025, average house prices increased to: • £290,000 (3.4%) in England • £210,000 (5.1%) in Wales • £192,000 (6.4%) in Scotland The average house price for Northern Ireland was £185,000 in Quarter 1 (Jan to Mar) 2025, up 9.5% from Quarter 1 2024.
