Age is just a number: allogeneic stem cell transplant in select older patients with diverse myeloid malignancies is effective and well tolerated. FluBu3+ATLG conditioning sees > two thirds of Irish patients aged 65-75 alive and in remission at 2 years, with low cGVHD rates.#BSH24
