🌎Children’s Health Defense doesn’t know what T1D is…..as with most things. Who’s going to tell them it cannot be prevented or reversed🤔 (they should be repulsed by the cost of insulin)
Instead of normalizing diabetes for our children, our federal health agencies need to be educating the public on how to PREVENT and REVERSE this chronic disease. Is anyone else repulsed that companies like Mattel are capitalizing on sick children?

This is not a minor blip, or a minor inconvenience. Emerg docs across the province are very aware of how many of these pts end up returning to the ED much sicker, and sadly some have very bad outcomes like prolonged disability and death because of the delays to care. 6/6
