Sonia robinson-blasio
@BlasioRobinson
my husband convicted for 20 years he is innocent the thing is trying to get an appeal costs once they Lock you up they throw away the key Injustice not justice
Every day your not with me I lose part of me.

It sounds Kafkaesque, Sonia and what I am so hoping is that there are kind people where your husband is. Even in the worst places, there are good people. It sounds like this was a case built out of thin air to me. I am so sorry, and despairing of our current justice system.
It is a shocking system which lacks accountability and transparency at every stage and there's no help for defendant at any stage. Even some solicitors will state they're not there to provide emotional support. It has become so bad that it is a terrible threat to innocent people.
I will never trust the system again text expect to be law abiding but when you’re in court they don’t practice what they preach It’s quite cutthroat and evil even when they know you’re innocent it doesn’t matter It’s a crime itself that they are so many innocent people in prison.
Yes, I'm afraid this is the problem every kind and trusting person faces. We have so many on on-line forums declaring they don't need a solicitor when they talk to police because they've done nothing wrong. Sadly, this is a complete misunderstanding of who police are nowadays.
'Some think that the @ccrcupdate are about looking at convictions. They don't realise that the CCRC try to predict what the Appeal Court might do via the Real Possibility Test' Dr Lucy Welsh of @SussexUni spoke to @SpokenInjustice about her new report youtube.com/watch?v=uh9Jvs…
I do believe that the Prison has helped speed up his illness so many missed appointments so many cock ups they never seem to get it right he’s gone without his MEDS. He’s gone without incontinent pets. He was told to put a towel there and then was given some ladies sanitary towel
Justice should not come at a cost, but it does, and no real improvements here since the times Charles Dickens describes. You may not be able to access a solicitor for free immediately because all of course have to earn a living, and I do understand your difficulty. It's so wrong.
That slow realisation is heartbreaking, but it is an absolute reality, you are spot on :,(
Sounds like you got it from all angles, Sonia. Human nature can be very ugly. Stay strong in yr love for each other, remember how that will give Pascal a reason for living. God sees all, and what matters is to focus on living good lives yourselves; evils others do is for them.
We are also victims to this gas explosion you might have convicted my husband whois innocent. We lost everything. This was our dream our own business and we would’ve made it work even if we had to move out the area but the community were vindictive they needed someone to blame.
Twilight zone Saturday night enjoying a steak and a glass of of wine phones go mad have you seen your shops? Blown up response stop fucking around and then the nightmare begins a gas explosion. Do you know how devastating this was to our lives of course not? It’s destroyed us.
Have you ever looked to see how many gas explosions there are in this country? There are so many even somewhere people have died yet no one has been arrested. The grid is very old and a lot of pipework need replacing. They were responsible for this gas explosion not my husband.
Disgraceful people know and yet it still happens
Pascal solicitor told me when I asked I said he is innocent and she said she knew then she said there are so many innocent people in Prison Sonia. How can you justify something like that? It’s disgraceful.
didn’t know this, but how the judge words things on his summing up is how they get away with what they do on the verge of bankruptcy almost like a terrorist actor. These words were significant to his sentencing and under appeal if you’re arrested say nothing no comment nothing
Does anyone know of a solicitor that would take me on? That’s not going to cost a fortune because I don’t have it? I have spent all my money on other solicitors and got nowhere even a private investigator which cost me £5000. I have nothing left I can’t get legal aid, apparently.
The trial should never have been held in Liverpool. It should’ve been moved to neutral ground too many biased people. And I’m not saying all Liverpool are the same because they’re not but we were discriminated against because of where we were from we didn’t belong discrimination.
I have seen the failure of the justice system first hand with my 2 eyes. And it’s horrible the way the people are treated!
Thank @CherryHewitt13 am glad you and many others can see it let comes away purposely this justice system has failed each and everyone that’s innocent
Incidentally, I’ve never been able to get my phone back or any of my property that they took from the house. Some of it is sentimental to me. I understand about my husband’s things but why can’t I have my property back? They say it’s sensitive.
I don’t understand why I was never questioned. I worked with my husband on the days I wasn’t working. They questioned the asylum partner he was never brought into court. They said his phone put him where he said he was but so did our phone, but they wouldn’t use ours as evidence
Who else who was there on a bit of a hamster wheel? I remember my dad saying to me work hard so you can get what you want. I work hard. All I do is pay bills I don’t seem to have any money to do anything else I can’t buy anything for myself. I’m struggling to put food on my table
