Judging by the gradual announcements of speakers, #FalselyAccusedDay 2025 is going to be quite the event
💙We are honoured to welcome Brian Buckle as a speaker for IFAD. A courageous survivor of a grave miscarriage of justice, Brian fought tirelessly to clear his name after years of wrongful imprisonment. Now a free man, his story inspires us to advocate for justice & reform @m0wpg…
Anna Doherty of Spoken Injustice - on a mission to 'humanise the criminal justice system' - added to the line up of speakers on #FalselyAccusedDay, September 9th
I am deeply honored to have been invited to speak this year. Those who know me are well aware that public speaking is far from my comfort zone but this cause is too important to let personal discomfort get in the way of delivering an essential message.
'Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne sent me a huge bunch of flowers for every day of my trial' Jonathan @KingOfHits King remembers @OzzyOsbourne - on A Victim Bites Back special @EmpowerInnocent youtube.com/watch?v=ZgI3Cs…
Happy 79th(!) Birthday to fashion designer and Innocence Artist Nicole Farhi! Nicole's sculpture exhibition J'Accuse is currently on a world tour @EmpowerInnocent
"The figures reflect 'crime types' - experience of crime, rather than whether a criminal offence had actually occurred' So allegations then. At least @anahitahpour manages to reveal these @ONS statistics as fake news in her @MetroUK article @EmpowerInnocent

'The trial of a deceased person could never be fair. And once we start putting the dead on trial, where would it end?' It appears Scottish police were so determined to get Alex Salmond (d) they investigated new 'historical allegations' @JoshuaRozenberg open.substack.com/pub/rozenberg/…
Janice Fiamengo of the University of Ottowa's research found 'scant evidence' that alleged 'spiking' has led to alleged sexual assault @StampOutSpiking how are you so sure that your '98% of those who had been spiked' didn't just have an unexpected reaction to too much alcohol?
For those who don't watch the BBC it's clear that the removal of these two men from MasterChef is the same spurious-allegation-driven, media-feminist power grab as most other 'cancellations' of the last few years since #MeToo
'Young men are voting less for liberal/labour parties and more for conservative or right-wing parties in at least 20 countries: United States, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Poland...' saveservices.org/2025/06/around… @SAVEservicesorg
The term 'sexual assault' has been on quite a journey this century, and it's actually not surprising that men from the middle-east find themselves...confused But Lottie is right - and maybe new arrivals need immediate lessons in the reality of what SA now means in the UK
Wanting tighter borders is hardly the same as wanting to annihilate the male sex. Within the male demographic, some subsets of men are more likely to commit sexual offences than others, and this does actually vary with fluctuations in cultural background. None of these factors…
I have been praying for Ghislaine Maxwell since her appalling trial. We have seen similar in the States, Canada, Australia and NZ and we have seen them in UK. Ideology, liars encouraged, bent lawyers and left wing judiciary let go of all that was real and true. @AccusedOrg
I believe that Ghislaine Maxwell's attorney @domarkus is telling the truth here…

We are witnessing a global shift as men, especially young men, are getting fed up with the relentless feminist narrative of men as “abusers,” “deadbeats,” and so forth. saveservices.org/2025/06/around…
The interest is in protecting public faith in the system and if that means deceiving them into thinking trials are fair, all well and good. Except that this is not justice. It is not even honest.
'In principle, five appeals should be more than sufficient - but not if appeal judges were unwilling to confront the possibility that an experienced High Court judge had taken a “flawed approach”' Traders get lucky with appeal judge @JoshuaRozenberg open.substack.com/pub/rozenberg/…
To stand by and leave the Lucy Letby issue to someone else is to be complicit. Please will MPs, religious leaders, media influences and others study this case and make their voices heard?
We now have three MPs (David Davis, Jeremy Hunt, Nigel Farage) speaking up about Lucy Letby. But we need to hear from all of them. Ms Letby’s case raises issues of great public importance, so MPs of all political persuasions have a duty to make their views known.
Apparently the reason Defence does not highlight changes in story from written statements to verbal testimony is that it is "a rape myth" to think that inconsistency means the account is untrue. But inconsistency can also indicate lies, and seems all works only one way.

Three decades of incarcerating men for sexual abuse which never took place really has to be drawn to an end. Death to presumption of innocence, due process and impartial investigation. We've seen the type of trials which would have shamed the USSR. @EmpowerInnocent @FACTukorg
