Xavier’s Zach Freemantle will join the Orlando Magic for NBA Summer League, I’m told. The two-time 2nd Team All-Big East forward averaged 16.8 PTS, 6.8 REB, 2.1 AST this season, earning nods for the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament and NABC Reese’s All-Star Game.

Creighton’s Jamiya Neal will join the Charlotte Hornets for NBA Summer League, I’m told. The 6’5 ¼" guard spent three years at Arizona State before transferring to the Bluejays and thriving in a more playmaking-oriented role, more than doubling his year-over-year assist rate.

Creighton Bluejays point guard and All-Big East Team selection Steven Ashworth has agreed to a deal with the Indiana Pacers, league sources told @hoopshype. Ashworth led the Big East with 6.8 assists per game last season.
