Let’s start training millions in space, green tech, and engineering design to create a yet unimaginable future for billions 👉 Make America Manufacture Again
I’m a proud Tool and Die maker. 3 year apprenticeship in a German Maschine shop. Komet Stahl. In the 90s. We started with punsh-cards and tapes my man. Finished top of my state. Worked 2 years on a 5-axis CNC mill, prototype production of tools. Production of the early version…
Can't wait to hear about your personal hands-on machine shop experience! Did you sweep floors, cleaning up chips? Change coolant? Cut stock? Wash down machines?
Inspiring account on X. Challenges? Yes. However a Buy Then Build openness. We need more people jumping in.
Since I acquired my manufacturing biz at the end of 2022: 1) seller's son was hired as mechanic and he stole $25k of tools 2) next mechanic hire stole proprietary customer info and fled the state after my legal team issued a court order to return the info 3) sole sourced…
The Ride-Share Illusion: Why Uber-Style OnDemand Services Are Killing American Manufacturing Picture this: You’re hailing a ride on Uber. Quick tap on your phone, and boom—a car shows up. But let’s be real… 1. Do you actually know your driver? — Nah, they’re basically…
JUST IN: Ozzy Osbourne has passed away at the age of 76 just days after his final performance. “Ozzy's working with his therapist every single day,” his wife Sharon said shortly before his passing. “Ozzy's number one thing in life is his fans, so he's working hard to be ready…
Question for the community: our first release of the marketplace won’t have any auto-pricing or suggested pricing for work items. Should we add this, so that each work item has a suggested price and the buyer can get a sense of pricing right away? Or is it better to wait a few…
Since we won’t charge marketplace fees, we can enable this. No need to lock manufacturers in and that ironically enables us to support long term contracts and life time relationships. At the end of the day, our product is trust.
This chart makes me laugh each time I see it. Can you name a decision that caused more economic, geopolitical and environmental damage, than Germany‘s ideological decision to close its perfectly fine nuclear power plants?
This is despite @SpaceX competitors increasing their launch rates. SpaceX is an anomaly in the matrix. Nothing can compare to a system designed to make life/consciousness multiplanetary.
SpaceX will launch over 90% of all of Earth’s payload mass to orbit this year! 🤯 When Starship is launching at high rate, SpaceX will probably carry >99% of Earth’s payload mass to orbit!
Go Pete! Amazing suggests for @reindsummit and the team around @austinbishop and @aphysicist
Honored to have @SecDef Pete Hegseth share his vision for Reindustrialization with our audience last week. He inspired us with a Detroit-based, WWII slogan: "You make it Right...They will make it Fight." Sir, we WILL make it right, so you and our military can fight.
I'd like to get a group of manufacturers together that would like to post RFQs on Noramark. Any takers for some initial experimentation? Not a huge commitment, just post an RFQ when I push the feature out. We'll reward you for your time.
Awesome post! We are working on adding a second dimension to the Noramark Score... capability. We don't want to see SMBs "on the phone" to work out their supply chain issues, we want to see them post their needs to Noramark via RFQ and get high trust responses in minutes.
To all the @reindsummit and manufacturing folks - passing on a gem, or at least I thinks so - someone needs to interview/hire Joshua. I would if I had the open role. Network, do your thing. Joshua Allen and I talked for 15 minutes when I picked my head up from email between…
This is a pattern I’ve seen repeatedly in my research, and it’s a critical point for manufacturers, especially SMBs trying to scale, reindustrialize, or reposition themselves in uncertain markets. When tariffs, margin pressure, or component/material shortages hit, the knee-jerk…
We need to overcome them. Agreed. How do you suggest SMB manufacturers overcome the issues though? Is it just the case that SMB manufacturers — that literally cannot source small components inside the US supply-chain — take the COGS hit? (What one X poster said least — suck…
That must have been wild.
NEW: Delta pilot makes an "aggressive maneuver" to avoid colliding with a B-52 bomber above Minot, North Dakota. New audio footage captured by a passenger onboard the plane reveals what exactly happened, according to the pilot. "Given his speed ... I don't know how fast they…
Bluesky crowd seems totally anti-Reindustrialization.
As seen on Bluesky. WTF
What an excellent choice of header photo in the NYT article on @reindsummit
We’re going to make Baby Grok @xAI, an app dedicated to kid-friendly content
I see so many issues in this one post. Great read - little frustrating. But in the end: we must understand the underlying issues and causes to fix them. To overcome them. It’s not easy. It never was. Posts like this help to find a path. Read it. Understand it. Do…
A real world example of tariffs on SMB manufacturing in America in July 2025. Our company @67Designs supplies beautifully engineered and US manufactured products to customers all around the world, but mainly here in the USA. For sure our exports help ease our deficit, just a…
