Due to today’s dangerous heat, trash and recycling collections ended early, and all DPW Recycling Centers closed at 5:00 p.m. to protect our hardworking crews. 📅 Missed collections will be picked up Saturday, July 26. 🕔 Reminder: Summer collection start time is 5:00 a.m.

🔥 Due to extreme heat, DPW has activated its Heat Illness Prevention Plan to keep our crews safe while they continue serving our neighborhoods. 🚛 Trash collection is still underway, but for the safety of our workers, there may be pauses in service during periods of high heat.

✅ Water Main Break Repairs Complete 👏 Baltimore City DPW crews have completed emergency repairs to the 30-inch water main break on York Road in the Hunt Valley/Cockeysville area. Water service has been fully restored to all affected customers. 💧
