Spent an enormous amount of time (and apexis crystals) grinding for these appearances on Day 1 when they released And I think everyone should get access to em. Legion artifact appearances were excellent, let people grind em out AND make new ones for remix

If Blizzard wants people to actually test PTR there needs to be massively better quality control. The dungeon schedule is inconsistent, build days are inconsistent, and lots of missing S3 gear on the vendors that won't be tested at all before Aug Just hurting themselves atp

10 hours of PTR Raid testing next week. You can't be wanting more players on PTR and then give players and dev alike much less time to test/iterate on your content. This has to make it way harder for class/encounter designers to do their jobs on this rushed schedule
