You need comms with your team when conducting operations into areas on every mission I don’t know how to reiterate the cruciality of this even more. Having & meeting teams of men with the ability to communicate effectively made this mission much easier and more effective

Can happily say that with eating better food in smaller portions and cutting back on the "sweet treat", and finally going back to the gym, and taking daily family walks down the holler. Ive dropped 14 lbs in 3-4 weeks.
