I do not know what Boswell plans to do once this case is over ("architecture" of some sort, apparently) but his summaries will be missed. The summaries are always excellent and, for those of us who need to see the detail, help us to know where in the evidence we should dive in.

Russell is right in 1 sense; exclamation marks are rare & seldom have occasion to be used in an expert report. Also rare, however, are the astonishing levels of skulduggery which, if the expert is correct, have taken place in this case & now been laid bare. May merit an "!" or 2.

It is absolutely extraordinarily that Jane Russell would, on no basis at all, imply that three lawyers and one forensic expert have engaged in professional misconduct in what can only be a desperate attempt to discredit evidence that is damaging to Beth Upton.

For the last 25 years of my career, like all teachers, I had mandatory annual child safeguarding training. It was seen as a priority. The rules were so strict that far more minor things than this 'Safe With Me' campaign were considered 'grooming'. How / why has this changed?

Mat puts it simply and he puts it well. Basic stuff but if more men would find their inner Mat, this would all swiftly be over. The men who seek to walk all over women's boundaries are our fellow men and it is our role as men to police them, not leave it all to the women.
