Just a thought. If you accuse a chief constable of something you allege their force has done,repeat it to newspapers and then it is found to to be untrue,surely he has some redress :either suing for libel or under the new powers against causing public nuisance?

Good morning.Grey,still and warm. Last nights pudding. Hot nectarines: Chop them up,sprinkle with soft brown sugar,ground almonds and a few blobs of butter. Slosh on something alcoholic.I used sweet Masala. Hot oven until bubbling.Lovely with Sallys homemade ice cream.😊
