Indiana State Representative (R-90) | Former Deputy Indiana Attorney General | Pro-Life & Pro-Law Enforcement Conservative
First session is DONE ✅ This year I helped lead the charge on legislation to strengthen criminal penalties for illegal aliens, ban taxpayer-funded obscene performances, crack down on swatting, and more. These are huge wins for law and order, and I’m just getting started!

Welcome back, Rep. Delaney ☭
The real "rogue" here is Rep. Ireland. What is he doing to help our county? Shouldn’t he be focused on our schools, which are not doing well, and our colleges, which are receiving less Hoosier students each year? Lawyer to lawyer, it's typically unwise to lambaste judges.
LOL yes, according to the Indy Parks & Recreation website it closes at dusk. So $7.2 million for a new glowing asphalt trail that we’re not even allowed to see
Don’t they close at dusk? 👀
Instead of filling the massive potholes we’re still waiting on, Indy just spent another $7.2 million on a glowing asphalt trail 👀
Indy just got brighter...literally ✨ The new $7.2M stretch of Pogue's Run Trail glows in the dark and runs through Spades Park and Brookside. It won a 2025 ACEC Merit Award and is perfect for a walk, run, or ride any time of day 🌞🌙
Politicians are known to lie, but this one is a real whopper: prosecutor Ryan Mears' spokesman told the IndyStar that he's a "statewide leader" in taking the "most serious offenses to trial"
Can prosecutors be impeached? This Indiana lawmaker wants to try to change the law indystar.com/story/news/pol…
Fire them 🫡

Enjoyed catching up with two great Hoosiers today, Senator @Jim_Banks and Councilman @IndyBain. Indiana needs more strong conservative leaders like them 🇺🇸

If you’re more upset about a Cornfield Clink meme than the millions of criminal illegal aliens in our country, you’re part of the problem 👀

The King of Sweetheart Deals™ strikes again. This sicko has racked up 32 cases under Ryan Mears in less than 6 years. FOX59 reports that “in most of these cases, [he] reached a plea agreement or had his charges dropped”
NEW: An Indianapolis serial flasher has been arrested for the 49th time and charged again with public indecency. Cameron Greenwood, 27, was just released from jail on Tuesday after pleading guilty to felony criminal trespass. fox59.com/news/indycrime…
IT’S NOT JUST US SAYING IT ANYMORE… #FactsMatter👇
We have a SERIOUS problem when repeat violent offenders are bragging that they have a “get out of jail free card” under prosecutor Ryan Mears. This is why we need real accountability measures including the power to impeach

Call me crazy, but I don’t think state-funded prosecutors and judges should be above the law 👀
As I told @tonykatz this morning, Indiana needs a check on state-funded prosecutors who go rogue and refuse to enforce our laws. That’s why I’m proposing giving lawmakers the power to impeach them like we can for nearly every other state officeholder
Tune in tomorrow morning at 8:15 to 93.1 WIBC’s @tonykatz 👀
Cornfield Clink that's brilliant Sir. 👍👍

Excellent. Fully support opening the Cornfield Clink at Camp Atterbury to securely detain and deport illegal aliens 🇺🇸
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth confirms Camp Atterbury will be used for immigrant detention. indianacapitalchronicle.com/2025/07/18/def…
As I recently told the @INCapChronicle, the death penalty is still law in Indiana, and we should have the means to enforce it. That's why I’m working on real alternatives to lethal injections, including the firing squad - a method that is fast, effective, and constitutional

State Representative Andrew Ireland (R-House District 90) says lawmakers should consider giving the General Assembly the power to impeach prosecutors and judges who fail to enforce state law—particularly in cases involving violent crime. In an interview with IndyPolitics this…
Lawmakers at the Statehouse have a duty to ensure that Indiana's criminal laws are actually being enforced. State-funded prosecutors or judges who refuse to do their jobs should be fired
WOW: Indiana State Rep @AndrewIrelandIN Sends a Reminder that Marion County Prosecutor is Paid by State of Indiana ⭕️Says State Legislature should have standing to act if State Employees are not performing their duties ⚖️ Calls for ability to Remove “Rogue Prosecutors + Judges”
Indy’s criminal justice system is broken because of rogue prosecutors and rogue judges. What’s the point of a state legislature if they can just pick and choose which laws they want to enforce?
