 Today we warned @AuburnU and its foundation that their racially exclusive scholarships violate the Constitution and T-VI, among other federal civil rights laws.
The federal government not only didn’t prosecute intentional violations of T-VI, T-VII, T-IX, and the 14A, it funded them and made funding dependent on them. For YEARS. Bear this in mind whenever schools grouse that DJT is using federal $ to press them to comply with law.
