I woke up this morning with excruciating pain in my foot, with no idea how it happened, especially since I went to bed perfectly fine. Me being me, I still ended up in the gym, bandaged the foot, and applied some herbal oil, but the pain has only gotten worse. I’m now limping my…
What a day it has been. We must be seen tomorrow irregardless. @Alfayaz11
I am engaging in a post about someone I’ve never heard of or known is spending 500M on a wedding. The hilarious thing is, the highlight on your plate was kebab? Lol, they should’ve just gone all in with a smokie stand and egg with kachumbari! 😅, I have attended and been…
Truth be said, they have made the bigwigs change the conversation and rattled the system. Whether this next move succeeds or not, it might just be a test run, but it is a clear warning to others. Will she be made the example? The others shouldn’t take it lightly, it won’t be…

This is a Knock Out! 🤣
Congratulations on your appointment to replace Isaac Mwaura and Hussein Mohamed. What two men cannot do, one woman will do.
I believe we all know the word “resignation” simply doesn’t exist in the government dictionary. In the unlikely and rare occasion it does or will happen, be assured it’s never because someone feels they’ve failed, acted without integrity or can’t do the job. No, no. It’s usually…
Wow 🤣🤣🤣, Good to know even the environment boss has to file polite complaints like a concerned neighbour. Truly inspiring leadership! We need to stop joking!! Surely 😂😂😂😂😂
As received and action will be taken This club is playing loud music daily ill morning. Quite disturbing. I was there and made a polite complaint about the music but no help
Shoddy work is done by the system from the government to the engineers , contractor and drivers. It's about accountability and prioritizing lives over profits.
We have funny leaders. They rush to pray at accident scenes instead of asking hard questions. Prayers are not a substitute for common sense, planning, or accountability.
This explains why our 'leaders' always use helicopters or clear roads when moving. They know the roads they have built are death traps because they misappropriated money meant to build good and safe roads.
As I always say, fixing our roads, enforcing traffic rules and using quality parts isn’t a privilege, it’s a necessity. Lives depend on it.
Yesterday, the Wilex team were having a conversation about road safety in East Africa. We mournfully recalled the grisly Londiani accident that left over 50 people dead and resulted in more than 80 casualties. (Thread)
Gym Team, start your week with an early morning visit to the gym tomorrow! We must be seen!!!! @katiwa_4 @MihrThakar @Alifiyah @AbdihakimKeinan @lindahoguttu @Shibalirajacque @h_misoii @cherrrotich @NjeriBt @jemimahanyangu
I’ve said it time and again, transport and infrastructure are the backbone of our economy. From tourism to trade, everything moves on it.
They have world class stadiums, no wonder you have gone for mechi.

Westlands slowly turning into OTC
Another Sunday, another reminder not to fall for theatrics and PR stunts. The photos in this thread shows the real state of Westlands and Ring Road Parklands as of this morning. With the slow traffic and minimal movement today, Tiktok1 had the perfect opportunity to actually…
The message is clear and the PR experts need to gerr it. It’s our shared and collective responsibility to keep our city clean and it begins with me. I do my part to keep it tidy, but I also fulfil my responsibility by calling out neglect, incompetence and the lack of service from…
