Ok, I've seen enough. If you want to learn auto layout, just learn Framer. You'll question your life decisions at first. But you'll understand auto layout a lot. So, trade-off.

It was Framer tho. Framer made me understand it's usefulness.
Unless I truly understand why something is done, there's a very high chance I'd forget how to do it. That's how I learnt auto-layout. For the longest time I didn't understand why it was useful, until I did. I learnt it almost immeditely after.
