ActionSA KZN Chairperson, Zwakele Mncwango, alongside the Provincial Leadership, will be at the Durban Magistrates Court tomorrow, 8 July at 08:30 AM, as Mr Xolani Hadebe, the suspect in the Ward 25 shooting, makes his third court appearance and is expected to apply for bail.
