Despite a new GNU and KZN GPU, and despite years of chances to fix the issue - eThekwini's beaches and communities are still overflowing with sewage. ActionSA is in court tomorrow to hold the metro accountable for its failures to uphold the constitution.

If nothing gets done to address the festering sewage management problem in KZN, the local tourist sector - a key component of the provincial economy - will suffer.

This morning, I addressed a press conference to address the sewer issue in eThekwini. It is a matter that ActionSA has raised and pursued for a long time. It is now before the courts!
