that being said, I don't recommend @MyKartero services, they don't respect their clients and not even bother to reply and help finding a parcel that was with them.
EXCUSE ME??? I PAYED THIS SERVICE FOR YOU, IF YOUR PARTNER LOST THE PARCEL IT'S YOUR DUTY TO AT LEAST TRY TO FIND IT they're not even sure it left Sweden but it never arrived in Asia. Here's a video of all the times I tried contacting them and received no actual responses
on may 28th, after contacting them on instagram, they finally replied, said they'd check it and then told the packages were not found in their facilities or in their lists of received and then proceeded to tell me they dont have control of their partner's operations. EXCUSE ME???
On december, was the last time they actually replied to me until may of this year. between december and may I tried to contact them different times on twitter, email and whatsapp and they ignored me every time.

In 2023 two boxes were sent to me from PH and when they arrived in Brazil, they were refused by customs. At this point, it was awful but it was not their fault. The packages were returned to PH, one of them got the last update on july 5th. the other, arrived in sweden on july +
Feedback negativo @mykartero worst experience of my life they lost not only one but two of my packages and have the worst costumer service ever as they simply ignore me and the few times they replied, it was because I said I'd complain about them online. - THREAD
