So much discussion about SANO & Matterhorn in UGI cancer. Can we take a moment to just reflect on the vastly different reported surgical outcomes. Leaks over 20% in SANO vs <2% in Matterhorn. Surgical quality assurance remains hugely important in all UGI oncological RCTs!
