اصلاح مدونة الصحة، اعطاء الصيدلاني حق تغيير الأدوية بأدوية شبيهة او جنيسة الدواء الاصلي ( droit de substitution )، بالإضافة لاجبارية وصف الوصفة الطبية بالاسم العلمي الدواء مكان الاسم التجاري كلها امور ممكن ان تساعد على خفض تكلفة العلاجات على عديد المرضى وكذا خفض فاتورة التعويضات
