it's alarming how threatened people get just by you being emotionally attuned to your environment; it dismantles all deceit.

the impulse to involve people in your drama via triangulation is a cry for help to be perceived as influential.

when mothers treat their daughters like sexual competition once they begin puberty, they're viewing them as enemies with sexual agency instead of vulnerable children who need to be protected even more. these types of beliefs allow people to normalize abuse against children.

creating regular rituals of nurturing yourself during your period is medicine for mother wounds especially if your maternal figure was dismissive, cruel, or even abusive during your first bleed.

the way people speak on sex tells you a lot about their character. you can learn about their feelings on respect, gratitude, intimacy, the hidden, escapism, pleasure and pain, power, their maturity, their relationship with their body, & so much more.

I try not to filter out sadness or anger more than necessary when I channel certain messages. I resent the idea that emotions necessarily distort a channeling when we are humans living in these msgs, even if it's indirectly. emotions are a type of intelligence too.

ovulation is the energetic peak of your cycle. post ovulation clarity is an issue of not being able to direct and focus that extra energy with clarity, discernment, and stillness.

post-ovulation clarity is an illusion because the menstrual cycle is a succession of altered states of consciousness. you only receive clarity post-ovulation and not during it, if you are not fully present in your body and let the ovulation high distort your judgment.
