🧵 1/5 I thought the only way to stay motivated was to train harder. I was wrong. As a sub-3-hour marathoner, I know how tough motivation can be. While building @PlayMonsterWalk, I discovered something magical: reconnecting with drive in a way that’s light, and sustainable.
Jumped off a boat into SF Bay to face pre-launch jitters! 💪 Finished my first tri: Escape from Alcatraz — 2:53, 11th in my age group, 36th woman. Rough swim, slow bike, strong run (5th in age group). If founder stress gets to you… a triathlon clears the mind!
What an honor to share the stage with legends @graysonZ80 and @scslug ! Doing the talk felt like a blur, so excited that the lessons are forever online 💪
