I have the flu yet again, re-watched the first two Friday the 13th movies today. It dawned on me it's been 20 years since the halcyon summer when @BonsaiCole and I binged the entire series on VHS (rented from Captain Video) while drinking stale PBR and dirt cheap 40s.

I recently reread and rewatched all the Harry Potters. I'm about halfway through a Jurassic Park read and am re-watching the movie. The latter offers a master class in how to adapt, the former how not to. It's a perfect case study.
