Different nap lengths and their benefits: 1. 10-20 minutes: Energy boost 2. 30-40 minutes: Better concentration and alertness 3. 60 minutes: Improves memory for facts and names (potential to feel groggy) 4. 90 minutes: Improves emotional and procedural memory and creativity
Can't read for 30 minutes? Do 5. Can't meditate for 10 minutes? Do 1. Can't exercise for 60 minutes? Do 10. Be consistent with the habit and the results will follow.
Ask yourself these 4 questions when starting a habit: 1. How can I make it easy? 2. How can I make it obvious? 3. How can I make it attractive? 4. How can I make it satisfying? Answering these will make it 10x easier.
