In the Dark Night, I discerned a great feminine form: a Cosmic Woman, darker than the Darkness, clothed in stars and radiating brilliance. Then She opened an eye and looked on me. And in Her eye were Worlds turning, innumerable galaxies, swirling in the deeps of the Cosmic Ocean.
(Osiris), The beautiful, moral, generous god who, when he was born, brought light from Nut's womb, and joy filled the whole world, even Ra himself was struck by a knife after a long period of grief. The Egyptians celebrated his birthday as if it were a feast of immortality.
The ancient Circles are all about connection; lines of connection under Earth, connection to Cosmos, to the ancestors, to Otherworld; all those realms, so lost to modern humanity. The Stones are a Gateway to other times, other worlds, other ways of thinking, seeing and being!
In communion with the ancestors, at henge and barrow with the Spirit of the Land, we find our rooted Wisdom. We know that we are our ancestor's flowering, that they live again in us, as we shall be born again in generations yet to come!
On the Feast Day of Mary Magdalene, companion of the Saviour, may the Mysteries of the Divine Feminine be kindled in many hearts! May the Goddess be recognised in every faith!💗🔥
Do not prioritise the transient over that which lasts. But, also, don't neglect the transient, in its preciousness, because Time will take it! Time rushes to an end and you may regret in the last moments, all those empty hours you did not love, or dance or sing!
Genuine spirituality is simply the awakening of compassion. Mature spirituality is compassion in action, ever more, in all directions - including (equally, not first or foremost) toward yourself!
