🇩🇪 A400 landing into RAF Fairford earlier today (slowed down video!) Supporting the broken 🇩🇪 Tornado left behind after RIAT

The local area around here in Fairford is getting back to normal post RIAT. Fields are free of campers, rubbish gone and the base is being cleared. 🇺🇸 U-2 up and out this morning doing touch and gos 🐲

As the 🇺🇸 B-1 didn’t make it off the ground due to a tech issue for #RIAT25 sharing a 📹 of it taking off here in Fairford previously The originally planned 2 x B-1s were due to stay at Fairford longer than RIAT so there will be a opportunity to see it fly soon 👀

🇺🇸 U-2 out at #RIAT25 today. Living near to Fairford I have posted a lot of videos of the U-2 over the years including the practice for RIAT a few weeks ago. Would recognise that sound now anywhere! 🐲

Despite living near RAF Fairford for years I have very rarely taken pictures with my camera. As a landscape photographer my wide lenses don’t cut it with planes 😂 However took to taking a few of the @rafredarrows as they flew over the garden today for RIAT25 @airtattoo
