Today’s bestest, I mean bestest Mental health boost. Has been listening to @Warwick_Long on the Country Hour, talking to & reading texts from relieved, happy, fellow farmers taking about the rain. I text in, as I’m a little too teary emotionally happy to call.
My gorgeous son is out cutting wood without me. I’m out of wood!! I am so going to miss him next year, but so glad he’s doing him. Meanwhile Im cleaning windows on the veranda. Cat paw marks, they’re too stoopid to use the door.
Someone put up a tweet about a “ beautiful” zombie butterfly ( moth) I touched it!! So now I have to bleach my hands, burn my phone and seek the comfort of an emotional support coffee!

Morning gorgeous ones. I’m buggered. Just cleaned out 3 hoof shelters and replaced the bedding. First time in many months we’ve had easterly wind push rain in them. Upside - new compost pile of straw. Downside sore shoulders. About to make a coffee and debate today.

I’m struggling to comprehend why people would wear pj’s, dressing gowns, etc to the supermarket? I always assumed Horsham had a standard dress even if it’s low. Some of the things I saw this morning, made me think some hadn’t ever been down the soap or BO aisle. 🤷♀️
I’m home, was going to spread more dynamic lifter but it’s spitting rain and it’s windy. It’s now a tomorrow job. I’ve unpacked the groceries, etc. might be a crochet or couch session this arvo Trips cracked it at me as I growled him.
So got an email from my Indian guests. They wanted to compliment the lady who brought them wood and stacked it so neatly. They said they tipped her, as she was so smiley & polite. They love staying with me as I have 100% quality staff and recommending to family & friends. 🤷♀️😆
Do believe it’s pyjama day in Coles. I didn’t get the memo. Some pj’s have seen better days. I didn’t see a couple dressed as cats in oodie with stiletto heels on. What’s my big town come to? 🤷♀️😂

Dropped a car trailer sized loads of wood off at the shabby shacks. Went to Bunnings Now getting coffee from my fave barista Lou Lou at Cafe Chic pea. Next the supermarket
