I worded this in a sort of confusing way. This is the percent change in each year of sales per store off of the 2017 base. I assumed flat units for HD and LOW because I was being lazy and it’s close enough.

Probably either unanswerable or market structure related, but just noticed 30yr TIPS yields are at their recent highs while 10yr TIPS yields are close to 40bps off of their highs. Could this actually be a read into people being more bearish on the US's long-term fiscal prudence?
