I like to eat food when it’s good and cook a bit too.
The second eldest works at a pizza parlor. Came home with this bad boy. Double pineapple. Controversial.

Fresh parsley and raw chopped garlic. Put over thinly sliced London broil. Then a piping hot pour of butter and a little oil. Makes the cheap meat good.


Spread and plates. Did a little Cajun-Asian thing. Soy marinated drumsticks with @FireHatchRubs’ Cajun Kicker. Thai fried rice and Cajun boiled eggs. Spicy chiles.



Making Cajun eggs. I didn’t have lemon pepper. But I had @DadsSeasonings’ Lemon Pepper rub!
