A thought for the holidays. If you want your kids to get ahead - let them READ FOR PLEASURE! Let them discover the joy of reading for the sheer fun of it, with no strings attached, choosing for themselves, losing themselves in imagination. Everything else will follow! #literacy

When you spend 9 years writing a book, as I did with Tyger, there's nothing nicer than visiting brilliant bookshops & being asked to sign your book! I had a wonderful time @SaltsMill signing Tygers. If you're anywhere near Saltaire, do go & visit them - it's an amazing place!
