Today I put on my Sunday best because a former workmate wedded today Kiiza Duncan who now runs signature Africa ltd. The next generation is putting on the suit like you can see. He has inherited the only suit I had. Don’t ask me about suits ever again.

Exercises Today had very good weather for jogging, so 10kms was easy, then Gym. Doing this for 1.30 minutes is crazy hard but getting there . I used to struggle with just 1 minutes per set. One hour of gym too!
