Tourniquets cut off blood flow to severe injuries and amputated limbs. They are about the most effective piece of medical equipment for saving Ukrainian soldiers' lives. Tourniquets should not be reused. Each one matters. We've sourced another 16 for 240 euros, ready to ship.
