Really impressive how in only the first three chapters Kuang manages to teach you a lot about the main character and her motivations + flaws in a way that naturally jumpstarts the plot, as well as drop a healthy dose of exposition without it being boring Already loving this

Despite some minor pacing issues in the start of action 2, this was overall a VERY fun film. Cast was great and clearly having fun with each other. And, being an adoptee myself, two moments for sure made me cry in the theater
