I always admire how much pro athletes invest in their bodies -- trainers, nutritionists etc... To me, if you want this, you make the same investment with someone like Gerry. Hire him as a personal trainer except it's not stability balls but cameras, audio, energy etc...
If I was a current/recently retired pro athlete who wanted into the media space today, something off-the-beaten path I'd do is hire someone such as @GerryMatalon. Was a longtime producer at ESPN/ talent coach. He can teach the mechanics of how to be good on TV. Invaluable.
