I noticed yesterday, ang daming voters na hindi kilala ang mga kandidato at kung sino pipiliin. Ang tagal nilang nakatitig sa balota. Yung iba, naguusap-usap pa. They showed up (w/c is good) BUT they were not prepared. We need stronger voter education to get more informed votes.
