In 1945, a small group of women helped shape the @UN, making the Charter the 1st international agreement to recognize gender equality as a human right. While women still face barriers to equality today, they continue demanding their rights, building a more just world for all.

Women and girls in #Gaza continue to be starved and under fire. We need peace now, for them and for everyone in #Gaza, the region, and beyond.
