Happy #PrideMonth from your #TxHouseLGBTQCaucus! This session has been incredibly difficult for #LGBTQIA+ folks. We’re exhausted & disappointed by the dangerous & cruel legislation we saw in the #txlege. We celebrate the #QueerJoy each one of us brings to this world.

As we continue to celebrate Pride Month, I am proud to showcase and support the community we have here in Dallas. @CathedralOfHope is a resource for all that seek a loving, helping hand. This church one of the largest LGBTQ-inclusive churches in the world. @RafaelAnchia and I…

“We have community. Only light drives out darkness and only love drives out hate” Rep. Anchia tells us what being an ally means to him this #PrideMonth #txlege #txhouselgbtqcaucus
This Pride Month came in the wake of one of the most hostile anti-LGBTQ sessions in Texas history. But through it all, our community remains the strongest force for change—and no law can ever take that away. Let’s carry on the fight for love & equality. #HappyPrideMonth 🌈
Proud to have joined Houstonians this Saturday to celebrate love, freedom, & visibility at Houston Pride! In a time when LGBTQIA+ Texans are facing increasing attacks on their rights, it’s so important to show up, speak out, & stand in solidarity. We see you & celebrate you. 🏳️🌈
As Pride Month comes to a close, I want to remind every person in HD 104 that you are loved, seen, and valued. Regardless of what our Governor claims, you are who you are, and he can never take that away. HD 104, you have my support, and you are meant to be here. Thank you, from…
On the final day of #PrideMonth, hear a critical message from your #TxHouseLGBTQCaucus Vice-Chair, @VentonJonesTX, on how important each and every #LGBTQIA Texan is to us, our state, and each other. “you belong here, your stories matter, your life has value.” #txlege

Hear from your first black openly #queer state representative, Rep. @repjolandajones, about what #PrideMonth means to her: “Pride month is more than a celebration, it’s a reminder of the power and resilience of our community.” #txlege #txhouselgbtqcaucus
“We must choose to stand up & defend our LGBTQ+ neighbors from the cruel attacks launched on them by so-called political leaders” @VoteLuluFlores shares how, in this critical point in our history, we must celebrate & uplift #QueerTexans & never stop fighting for them. #txlege
This session saw many brutal attacks on the LGBTQIA+ community, but I and my fellow @txlgbtqcaucus members still have hope for a better, brighter, and more inclusive future for Texas. Thank you to @karlalealtv and @spectrumnews1tx for your special statewide coverage of…
10 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that #Queer couples have the same fundamental right to marriage. Today is a critical reminder that #LGBTQIA+ individuals continue to fight. This #PrideMonth we recommit ourselves to the ongoing fight for full lived equality. #txlege

Today’s heartbreaking Supreme Court ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti sets a dangerous precedent. The court’s decision to allow state-sanctioned discrimination against vulnerable #trans youth & their families to continue is deeply disappointing. #txlege
Texas House LGBTQ Caucus Statement on the U.S. Supreme Court's Skrmetti Decision: #txlege

I want to take a moment to give a big shoutout to our Dallas Delegation Chair and Texas House LGBTQ Caucus Vice Chair, Rep. Jones, for once again going above and beyond. He graciously stepped in on short notice to present a very special resolution on behalf of Rep. Anchia and me…
The Supreme Court has upheld Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for trans youth in U.S. v. Skrmetti. Let’s be clear: gender-affirming care is care. Trans youth deserve safety, support, and the freedom to grow into who they are on their own terms.
#LGBTQIAEqualPayDay: Full-time #LGBTQIA+ Workers make 90 cents for every $1 earned by cishet workers. This gap is even larger for LGBTQIA+ women, LGBTQIA+ folks of color, and transgender folks. We must fight the wage gap until we're all earning #EqualPayForEqualWork #txlege
