Fantastic to be at @tiptree for @AmbJapanUK visiting to see the production of the very best jams and food. It was great to discuss the enduring ties between our countries and how we can export more to Japan 🇬🇧🇯🇵

Today we celebrate #NationalCreamTeaDay And the key is not too much spreading 🙃 Put a good dollop of clotted cream on the scone and just lightly press it down to make a platform for the jam, then spoon the jam on top and tuck in. #CreamFirst it's the only way.
