#OTD in 1995, we headed to Hartlepool for a glimpse of new £6m striker Les Ferdinand in a Newcastle shirt. Instead we got a masterclass by forgotten man Malcolm Allen, with two goals in a 4-0 win. Injuries robbed Allen of more games at #NUFC, yet he remains a low-fi legend!
