If you're a true buy-and-hold investor (you legit never sell during market corrections/crashes and always hold and buy more) with a 100% stock allocation, it's perfectly fine to assume 9-10% annual returns in your future portfolio projections.
What finance related opinion do you have that will have people like this?
Our portfolio since April 8th (2025 market low). Really good things can happen to you when you don't panic sell in market corrections/crashes, and instead hold (and buy more during said sell-offs). Still remember (luckily) dumping our entire tax refund into $QQQM on April 8th.

Fantastic 4 should be getting the hype Superman got! Marvel is back for real!!
Having genuine passions and interests. There's so many people who legitimately aren't passionate about a single thing in life and have zero interests in things they want to learn and explore more of. If you've got the former, it cures most depression issues.
What is a luxury that most people don’t realise is a luxury?
Decent amount of truth to this. Was close to a situation where a young broke adult got $20k for schooling. They never took one class. Blew the money on gambling/food/day to day "stuff" in a few years. Most adults are where they are because of the person they see in the mirror.

Main thing separating most successful entrepreneurs from everyone else is they simply kept working the problem day after day for years, where 99% either never start or quit after a few months. Quite literally it. Whether through passion or necessity, they just didn't/don't stop.
Good for Luka (hope this stays his new body norm). I've never been a Luka guy and totally got the Mavs wanting to get out early before paying him (he was already not a great athlete and was habitually overweight and out of shape). Gotta give credit when it's deserved.
Our digital cover star, Luka Doncic, ready to take his game (and the Lakers) to new levels of dominance. And this summer shred has been years in the making. menshealth.com/fitness/a65488…
Wife is gonna love coming home to see the new hobby I picked up over the weekend while her in the kids were gone! In all seriousness, the ABSOLUTE BATMAN comic series kicks ass.

You can just go to Costco $COST without your wife and kids.

One of the most "have it on in the background while boredly scrolling on your phone every 5-10 minutes" films in recent memory........ #HappyGilmore2

Yep. And this scene epitomizes #TheFantasticFour — pure sci-fi wonder and spectacle.
there’s an actual argument to be had for this being one of the greatest scenes ever put into an mcu movie 😭
Learning to build a YouTube channel has felt like drinking from a fire hose the past 4 days. But, it's slowly coming together and it's fun building something again from the ground up. I've felt a bit stagnant past few years. Nice to have something to (passionately) chase again.

Zack Snyder would get his rocks off adapting this Batman into a film (and I'd honestly love to watch it).

After new market highs pushed my wife's Roth IRA over $100,000 for the first time a few days ago, yesterday's (again new) record closes for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq pushed my Roth IRA over $300,000 for the first time. Nothing but buying and holding "boring" stock index ETFs.
